We're kidding of course! But we ARE pretty laid-back. We do take pride in "representing the company," but you probably won't see any of us wearing suits or ties. Although it is important to dress professionally and in a manner that is appropriate for the situation, we like to spend more time focusing on delivering results than working on our image.

We realize not everyone drinks beer, but the concept is that the best endorsement for our culture would be if everyone can connect on a personal level.
